How do I qualify for free delivery?
We give all our customers FREE standard delivery within Australia when they spend $40 or more in one transaction!
Standard delivery on orders under $40 is a flat rate of AUD$9.95.
Some items may be considered ‘hazardous materials’, so we can’t deliver them express. We have to take extra care with those bad boys which means it may take a little longer to arrive!
Do we deliver internationally?
We sure do, just not hazardous materials such as nail polish or nail polish remover.
I forgot my password, how do I log in?
Yeah, it happens to the best of us. Just click on the ‘forgot your password’ link below the sign in, enter your account email addy, and we will send you a password reset email!
Where is my order?
You can check out where your order is just by viewing your order history on the my account page. You’ll find it in the top right corner of the home page! #stalker
I am having trouble with my credit card information for my online order.
If you get an error message related to credit card authorization failure you can try the following:
- double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address.
- try re-entering your cvn or security code.
- be sure that the card is current and valid
If you’ve tried all of these tips and it still won’t process correctly, give your bank a yell and they should be able to help you!
Is it safe to use my credit card?
For sure girl! When placing an order online, your information is transmitted using secure sockets layer (ssl) technology, an approved industry standard that is used by vendors to ensure the security of online business (we fancy huh?). It negotiates and employs the essential functions of mutual authentication, data encryption, and data integrity for secure transactions… in other words lots of things keeping your details and dollars safe!
One of the ways you can check the security of your connection is to take a look at the lower corner of your browser window as you place your order. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then ssl is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the url line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."
What credit cards are accepted on your site?
We accept Mastercard, Visa or make your payment through PayPal or Shop Pay. We don't accept checks or money orders.
How are returns & credits handled?

How will I know if my order has been received?
Once we get your order, you will see an ‘order confirmation’ as the final step in the process! We will also send you an email with your order number and all the details of what you have ordered. You’ll get a second email (ooh so popular!) Letting you know when your order has left our warehouse.

How can I receive samples?
Sorry babes, but we don’t send out samples. Lucky for you, we have nearly 1000 stockists that have a heap of testers for you to play with! Check out the stockist locator to find your nearest playground.
