Delivery In Australia
We give all our customers FREE standard delivery within Australia when they spend $40 or more in one transaction! Standard delivery on orders under $40 is a flat rate of AUD$9.95.
Some items may be considered ‘hazardous materials’, so we can’t deliver them express. We have to take extra care with those bad boys which means it may take a little longer to arrive!
Golden Hour Free Delivery Offer
Buy any 3 items from our new Golden Hour collection between 13 Sept - 3 Oct 2021 (inclusive), to receive free standard delivery for orders within Australia. Only available at www.ulta3.com.au, when you enter the promotion code GOLDEN at time of checkout. This offer is valid for one order per person and can't be used in conjunction with any other offer.
New COVID19 Delivery Delays
Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID across NSW, ACT and VIC, Australia Post will pause parcel collections for three days from 7am Saturday 4th September until 7am Tuesday 7th September. Unfortunately this means that orders placed between Friday 3rd September and Monday 6th September (inclusive) will experience longer than expected delivery times.
Processing & Delivery Times
Please allow up to two full business days for us to process and dispatch your order out to you. Delivery times may change depending on where you live, so please allow for extra time if you live regionally.
Due to COVID-19 some customers have experienced delays with their deliveries. This includes Express post. Please be patient, your parcel is on its way.

Our carriers at Australia Post and a selection of our favourite courier services work hard to meet these timelines, but hey, life happens, so please allow up to 14 business days for all deliveries. If you are worried about where your ulta3 items are, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
All express goodies need to be signed for when they are delivered, so make sure you give us the best address to grab a signature!
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and state public holidays.
Yes we do deliver to our ulta3 customers overseas with the following exceptions;
- We cannot send nail polish (as it's considered hazardous)
- Certain country restrictions are now in place. Australia Post has advised they are not currently delivering to a number of international destinations. You can view the full list here.
- For countries still accepting deliveries, due to logistics carriers running on lower capacity, our parcels are taking a little longer than usual to arrive at their destination. Please continue to monitor your email to receive tracking notifications.
- For other reasons, unfortunately we can't ship to the U.S.A. or Canada at this time. Please get in touch if you'd like to chat.
A flat rate of $90 applies to international orders. Please allow up to 28 international business days for your goods to arrive.
Once we get your order, you should receive an ‘order confirmation’ as the final step in the process! We will also send you an email with your order number and all the details of what you have ordered.
If you're in Australia, you’ll get a second email letting you know when your order has left our warehouse.
If you’re a registered ulta3 member and in Australia you can track your parcel all the way to your door. You can see when we dispatched your order from our warehouse through the order history on the 'my account' page.
International orders will receive a registered shipping number, which will be trackable in your own country once your order has landed in your own country.
Checked out as a guest of ulta3? You will still receive email updates letting you know when your order was received and when it is on its way to you!
