NAME THAT SHADE

1. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights.
2. Employees of the promoter associated with this promotion (The Heat Group) are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families.
3. To enter, entrants must be following @ulta3 and complete entry by private messaging the @ulta3 Instagram account with 1 x shade name. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
4. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, or defamatory language. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. All entries become and remain the property of the promoter.
6. Winners of the competition must be 18 years old and over and residents of Australia.
7. Once prize has been confirmed by ulta3 the prize is deemed non-transferrable.
8. On acceptance of the competition prize, the winner acknowledges that they have read and agreed to.
9. Prize includes 3 x ulta3 nail polish in correspondence with Autumn Winter 2022 collection launched in March 2022. Winner receives product worth up to $50 the month that the winner is announced.
10. Promotion commences 10:30am 27th July, 2021 (AEST). Entries close 5:00pm 2nd July, 2021 (AEST).
11. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
12. All entries become the property of the promoter (ulta3). The promoter may use the entrant's literary piece for any commercial purpose, including future point of sale, promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
13. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept the prize at the time stipulated by ulta3, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
14. Entries will be judged in-house by ulta3 marketing & digital team, & winner will be announced within 10 days of the draw.
15. The winner will be notified in writing on Instagram (10) working days of the conclusion of the competition.
16. If ulta3 is unable to contact the winner within 30 days of the draw (and made every effort to contact them with the information provided by the entrant) then ulta3 will award the prize to another valid entrant.
