1. If desired, fill in brows with your ulta3 brow product of choice.
2. Very lightly wet your spoolie.
3. Gently rub your spoolie on the Fluff & Fix Soap Brow product.
4. Brush through your brows in an upward direction starting at the centre of brows & working your way out.
5. Use fingertip to remove any excess product.
6. Have perfectly set brows all day long!
